Health & Well-Being Benefits

We offer two comprehensive plans through Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS):
- Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) Plan: Features a nationwide network with a minimal annual deductible for services received in-network.
- High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP): A consumer-driven health plan that gives you control over how you spend your healthcare dollars, funded by NorthMarq and your personal contributions (optional). After satisfying the deductible, the plan pays 100% of eligible expenses.
Do you work out? Participants in our BCBS medical plans are also eligible for fitness discounts. You can receive a $20 credit for up to two members of your household if you visit a participating fitness center eight times per month!
Oral health is undoubtedly linked to overall health and well-being. NorthMarq Capital’s provider, Delta Dental, offers two plans, allowing you to decide which best serves your needs:
- Preventive Plan: 100% coverage for preventative care; 50% coverage for restorative services
- Comprehensive Plan: 100% coverage for preventative care; 80% coverage for restorative; 50% coverage for major services; 50% orthodontia coverage for dependent children

The world is full of amazing things to see. NorthMarq Capital is proud to offer our employees the EyeMed vision care program, which provides affordable, quality vision care nationwide. This program covers exams and lenses once a year and frames once every two years. An eye exam is also provided annually under either health plan (HDHP or PPO).
Flexible Spending Accounts
Everyone needs a little bit of flexibility in their ever-changing lives. Flexible Spending Accounts provide a great way to deposit a tax-free portion of your income into an account used to pay for unreimbursed healthcare, dependent care and transportation expenses.
Our 401(k) plan is a great opportunity to save for retirement and build financial security. Contributions can be made pre-tax, after-tax (Roth), or a combination of both. By giving our employees the choice, we are allowing each of them to take pride and ownership over their funds as well as meet their individual needs. NorthMarq matches 100% of every dollar you contribute up to 3% and an additional 50% on the next 2% of your pay, all of which is vested immediately. Paid Time Off (PTO)
NorthMarq Capital provides all full-time and part-time employees eligible for benefits with paid time off (PTO) each year to use for time away from work. Everyone needs occasional time away from work to re-energize—it’s an important part of keeping your personal life in balance with your work responsibilities, or you may need time off when you’re faced with illness or personal emergency. You will earn up to 21 days your first year with the company and that increases based on years of service.
In addition, 10 paid holidays are provided each year. Typically, six are designated by the company and the remaining days are put into your PTO balance to use at any time
All eligible employees receive company-provided basic life insurance coverage. In addition, you may purchase supplemental life insurance for yourself and your dependents.

Disability benefits protect your income in the event that you are unable to work due to illness or injury.
