Minea, senior vice president/managing director and Dan Trebil, senior vice president/managing director of NorthMarq Capital’s Minneapolis based regional office arranged $10.7 million in acquisition financing for the Williston Business Center, a 354,730 sq.ft. of multiple office properties in Minnetonka, Minnesota. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its correspondent relationship with a life insurance company. “This acquisition financing provides significant structure and flexibility, which will allow the borrower to efficiently execute their business plan for this well-located property,” said Minea.
