NorthMarq Capital’s Cincinnati office arranges $6 million refinance for Westbrooke Village Apartments in Trotwood, Ohio

CINCINNATI (June 8, 2017) Noah Juran, vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Cincinnati regional office, arranged refinancing of $6,000,000 for Westbrooke Village Apartments, a 312-unit multifamily property located in Trotwood, Ohio. The transaction was structured with a 10-year loan term on a 30-year amortization schedule with three years interest-only. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its relationship with Freddie Mac.
