Northmarq completes sale and financing of value-add multifamily community in San Antonio, Texas

SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS (February 1, 2022) – Moses Siller, managing director of Northmarq’s San Antonio investment sales team, arranged the sale of Residences on Blanco. The 296-unit multifamily community (built in 1979) is located at 12301 Blanco Road in San Antonio, Texas. Residences on Blanco is in the Castle Hills Forest neighborhood (just 22 minutes north of downtown). The area is near the Wurzbach Parkway and only 13 minutes from the San Antonio International Airport, making it perfect for business class travelers and commuters. 

Alex Kane, vice president of Northmarq’s Los Angeles debt/equity team negotiated acquisition financing for the transaction via the company’s in-house Fannie Mae team. The permanent-fixed loan was structured with a fully-amortizing 10-year term.
