NorthMarq Capital’s Atlanta office secures acquisition financing for Urban Oasis in Wilmington, North Carolina

ATLANTA (March 24, 2015) – Johnny Rankin, vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Atlanta based regional office secured acquisition financing for a new construction loan for Urban Oasis, a multifamily property located in Wilmington, North Carolina. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its relationship with a regional bank.
