RICHMOND (May 18, 2017) – Keith Wells, senior vice president/managing director of NorthMarq’s Richmond regional office, arranged permanent financing of $6.875 million for The Forum Office Park, a 79,000 sq. ft. office property located in Glen Allen, Virginia. The property consists of three class “B” single story buildings. The property is ideally located on West Broad Street in the Innsbrook area. The property is two miles from the I-64/I-292 interchange and is located conveniently around local shopping centers and Short Pump Mall.
