CINCINNATI (March 21, 2017) – Noah D. Juran, vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Cincinnati regional office, negotiated the $1.85 million refinance of The Cliffs Apartments, a 148-unit multifamily property located at 621 McAlpin Avenue in Cincinnati, Ohio. The transaction was structured with a 10-year interest-only term. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its relationship with a regional bank.
