NorthMarq Capital’s Miami office arranges acquisition financing of $1.04 million for Pompano Garden Villas in Pompano Beach, Florida

Miami (November 3, 2017) – Jordan Hopkins, vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Miami regional office, arranged acquisition financing of $1.04 million for Pompano Garden Villas, a 15-unit multifamily property located in Pompano Beach, Florida. The transaction was structured with a 20-year term on a 30-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through Freddie Mac’s SBL program.
