RICHMOND (February 8, 2016) – Mike Lowry, senior vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Richmond based regional office represented a regional investment group in the sale/equity/structured financing of $10.425 million for Pheasant Run, a student housing property located near the campus of James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. The property was completed in 1999-2003 and contains a total of 413 bedrooms (103 total units).
