Northmarq Capital arranges $17.2 million refinance for Pasadena Clinical Physicians Neuroscience Center in Pasadena, California
LOS ANGELES (March 18, 2014) – Ory Schwartz, senior vice president/managing director of NorthMarq Capital’s Los Angeles based regional office arranged refinancing of $17.2 million for Pasadena Clinical Physicians Neuroscience Center, a 49,652 sq.ft. medical office building located at 630 South Raymond Avenue, Pasadena, California. The transaction was structured with a 10-year term and 30-year amortization schedule and was arranged for the borrower through NorthMarq’s relationship with an investment management firm.
