DALLAS (May 16, 2018) – NorthMarq’s Dallas regional office, arranged acquisition financing of $8.02 million for The Peppertree and Spanish Oaks Apartments, a multifamily property consisting of 180 units located at 4600 Oakwood Drive in Odessa, Texas. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its relationship to a bridge/mezzanine lender.
