ATLANTA (May 2, 2018) – Randy Wolfe, senior vice president/managing director of NorthMarq Capital’s Atlanta regional office, secured the $10 million acquisition financing of Madison Plaza, a 153,739 sq. ft. retail property located in Huntsville, Alabama. The transaction was structured with a 5-year term on a 25-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its relationship with a national bank.
