NorthMarq Capital arranged supplemental financing for Greens of Salem Run in Fredericksburg, Virginia

OVERLAND PARK (January 30, 2013) – Greg Duvall, senior vice president and managing director of NorthMarq’s Kansas City Regional office, arranged supplemental financing for Greens of Salem Run, an affordable housing property containing 200 multifamily units, located at 5600 Salem Run Boulevard in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Financing was based on an 8.42-year term (coterminous with the 1st mortgage) and a 30-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged this financing for the borrower through its affiliate AmeriSphere Multifamily Finance, LLC, a Fannie Mae DUS lender.
