ATLANTA (October 26, 2016) – Randy Wolfe, senior vice president/managing director of NorthMarq Capital’s Atlanta-based regional office, arranged the $5.05 million refinance of Fountain Shopping Center, a 81,938 sq. ft. retail property located on Memorial Parkway NW in Huntsville, Alabama. The transaction was structured with a 5-year term followed by a 25-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its relationship with a national bank.
