NorthMarq’s Denver office arranges $7.12 million bridge loan for Cross Keys and Woodbridge Apartments in Lexington, Kentucky

DENVER, COLORADO (April 11, 2019) – NorthMarq Capital’s Denver office arranged a bridge loan of $7,120,000 for The Cross Keys and Woodbridge apartment complexes which are located just three blocks from each other in Lexington, Kentucky and total a combined 166 units. Both complexes are in prime locations and within walking distance to retail, schools and mass transit.

Mark Jeffries, vice president, arranged the non-recourse financing for the borrower on a 3-year term and 82.5 percent LTC.
