SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH (May 1, 2019) – John Bradshaw, senior vice president/managing director, Dale Christensen, vice president and Larry Pinnock, vice president of NorthMarq’s Salt Lake City-based regional office, secured the $67 million refinance of Cornerstone, a 271,889 sq. ft. office property located at 2750 East Cottonwood Parkway in Cottonwood Heights, Utah. NorthMarq arranged the permanent-fixed loan for the borrower through its correspondent relationship with a life insurance company.
