CINCINNATI (September 19, 2017) Noah Juran, vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Cincinnati regional office, arranged the $6.6 million refinance of Corners at the Mall, a 154,000 sq. ft. retail property located at 117-203 Springboro Pike in Dayton, Ohio. The transaction was structured with a 10-year term with one year of interest only, followed by a 25-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its relationship with a regional bank.
