Northmarq’s Richmond office completes $2.75 million in acquisition financing for Chatham Lofts in Chatham, Virginia

RICHMOND, VIRGINIA (May 16, 2022) – Hunter Wood and Keith Wells of Northmarq’s Richmond debt/equity team, arranged the $2.75 million acquisition financing for Chatham Lofts. The 31-unit multifamily property (built in 2013) is located at 315 South Main Street, Chatham, Virginia. The permanent-fixed loan was structured on a 10-year term followed by a 30-year amortization schedule. Northmarq secured the financing through a regional bank.
