OMAHA (November 3, 2017) – Jason Kinnison, senior vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Omaha regional office, negotiated the $24,410,000 refinance of Broadmoor Hills Phase III, a 192-unit multifamily property located at 18440 West Dodge Hills Plaza in Omaha, Nebraska. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its seller/servicer relationship with Freddie Mac.
