BALTIMORE (September 13, 2016) – Nancy Ferrell, senior vice president/managing director, and Bill Libercci, senior vice president/senior director of NorthMarq Capital’s Baltimore office secured permanent financing for The Bottle Building at Brewers Hill, a 50,000 sq. ft. mixed-use property located at 3600 Boston Street in Baltimore, Maryland. The transaction was structured with a 10-year term and 25-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its relationship with a regional bank. “The project is the former bottling building for the Gunther Brewery in the Brewers Hill neighborhood of East Baltimore. In 2005, the building was redeveloped into a retail/office mixed use under historic preservation guidelines,” said Ferrell.
