(June 20, 2016) – Gary McGlynn senior vice president/managing director of NorthMarq Capital’s Washington, D.C. regional office and Gregory Nalbandian senior vice president/managing director of NorthMarq Capital’s New Jersey-based regional office, arranged permanent financing of $11.7 million for Alexandria Waterfront, a 55,051 sq. ft. mixed-use property. The property consists of three buildings and features a mix of office and retail uses and is fully leased.
