Northmarq’s El Segundo office arranges sale of 3250 James M Wood Boulevard in Los Angeles, California

EL SEGUNDO, CALIFORNIA (March 1, 2023) — Brent Sprenkle of Northmarq’s El Segundo investment sales team arranged the $1.87 million sale of 3250 James M Wood Boulevard. The eight-unit multifamily property was built in 1948 and is located in Los Angeles’ Koreatown. Sprenkle represented the seller, a private investor based in Los Angeles. The asset was purchased by a Texas-based investor. 

“The French Normandy architecture apartment building was a covered land play as it is located on a high-density corner lot,” said Sprenkle. “In addition, assumable financing at 3.6% interest only made the property financially appealing.”
