Justin Glasgow is managing director, national director of Northmarq Student Housing, based in Washington, D.C. He leads Northmarq’s specialty group dedicated to investment sales advisory and debt and equity placements for institutional and private capital student housing properties.

Justin joined Northmarq in 2024, after serving as senior vice president in CBRE’s debt and structured finance group for four years, where he was instrumental in the growth of the Structured Finance business, originating and structuring both asset-level and programmatic equity, senior debt (including construction loans), mezzanine debt, and preferred equity across various real estate strategies, markets and property types. Prior to CBRE, he held a number of senior management positions with real estate private equity, brokerage, corporate finance, and investment banking firms. Over the past two decades, Justin has participated in over $35 billion in deal volume across various sectors throughout the U.S., with  focus on student housing.

Justin earned his bachelor’s degree from Providence College and his master's in Business Administration in finance from The George Washington School of Business. He actively participates in industry organizations including the National Multifamily Housing Council and Mortgage Bankers Association as well as serving on various boards in the Washington, D.C. area.
