Eduardo Elizondo

Eduardo Elizondo is an associate with Daniel Herrold’s team and is based in Northmarq’s Dallas office. He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of both single and multi-tenant retail properties across the United States. Eduardo adeptly utilizes conceptual thinking and emotional intelligence to navigate the complexity transactions bring, effectively guiding his clients to the most advantageous positions for themselves and their assets.

Prior to Northmarq, Eduardo spent two years at SVN | Trinity Advisors where he focused on sales and leasing for both retail and office properties throughout Texas.

He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and fluent in Spanish. Eduardo graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelors of Science in integrative studies.
