Eric Flyckt
Eric Flyckt is managing director responsible for overseeing Northmarq’s San Diego office as well as his own personal production. He has been in the commercial mortgage banking business in San Diego since 1986. Eric joined Northmarq in 2009.
Prior to Northmarq, he was a producer and managed Capmark Finance Inc.’s (fka GMAC Commercial Mortgage and nka Berkadia) San Diego office from 1994 to 2009. He has arranged more than $4.2 billion of construction, bridge and permanent debt and joint venture equity for multifamily, office, retail, industrial and healthcare properties. Financing sources have included insurance companies, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, institutional equity investors, CMBS lenders and banks. Prior to joining GMAC in 1994, Eric held positions from 1986 to 1994 as a producer and analyst in George Elkins Company’s San Diego office.
Eric graduated from Pepperdine University with a B.S. in business administration.
