NorthMarq has been servicing commercial real estate loans for more than 30 years. There isn’t much we haven’t seen or solved in this business, and our experience and deep knowledge of the industry benefit every client every day.

We provide servicing for performing, non-performing and sub-performing commercial real estate loans of all types, including senior secured loans, revolving lines of credit, loan participations, subordinated loans, CDOs, CTLs and mezzanine debt. In addition, we provide specialized loan servicing for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA and Ginnie Mae.

We are an approved Primary Servicer with an “Above Average” rating from Standard & Poor’s. Our diverse portfolio of more than 5,000 commercial loans includes office buildings, hotels, motels, apartment buildings, retail properties, industrial and warehouse properties, mobile home parks, land and mixed-use projects.

Our comprehensive loan servicing solutions allow us to tailor a servicing package that fits your needs. We have extensive experience in automated clearing house (ACH) payment administration, cash management (including administration of waterfall accounts), watchlist monitoring, escrow and reserve account management, investor reporting, tax, insurance and UCC tracking and administration, loan assumptions, and collateral swaps and lien releases. We can also provide limited servicing including asset servicing, cash collection and escrow services.

As a NorthMarq Loan Servicing client, you have online access to real-time information about your commercial loans, including copies of billing statements, tax forms, payment options and monthly status reports. In addition, our integrated technology platform and automated internal workflows enable consistent service and communication for our clients.
