Surveys Provide Valuable Feedback
We
survey our tenants and clients annually to give them an opportunity to
provide feedback on our property management services. By compiling the
results of these surveys, we are able to identify areas in which we are
providing outstanding service as well as those areas in which we are not
meeting the highest of standards.
Commitment to Service Recognized by Tenants
Results from tenant surveys demonstrate our commitment to exceptional
service. Our retail, office and industrial tenants have consistently ranked
our service as "very good" or "excellent" for several years. The Engineering
and Maintenance Team is consistently rated the highest ranking of
“Excellent” in our tenant surveys.
