Owner Teams maximize the asset value
One of the things that set our Property Management
group apart from
the competition is our Owner Team approach to managing property. Every
property we manage has a specific and consistent team that meets monthly to
review the status of the property, plan for projects, and address any
challenges. Because the
entire team communicates regularly and works together, our clients can see
the difference.
Owner Teams include representatives from property management, brokerage,
accounting, engineering, and construction, all working together to maximize
the asset's value. Each January, we recognize one Owner Team from each
property type that has gone above and beyond to provide excellent service to
their client.
