Through our Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae (AmeriSphere) relationships, as well as our direct gap and short-term lending program, NorthMarq directly funded $1 billion of transactions in 2006. The balance of our production is conscientiously placed with the premier correspondent-based life insurance companies, pension funds, CMBS and private capital sources. We do not believe that it is in anyone's interest to "shop" a request.
