NorthMarq relocates Atlanta Corporate Solutions business
Larger facility needed to accommodate business growth, addition of
five employees
ATLANTA, GA. (Dec. 1, 2008) — NorthMarq today announced the relocation
of its Atlanta Corporate Solutions office to the Byers Engineering
Building. Located at the intersection of Georgia 400 and the Perimeter
Highway, the new facility offers more room for its expanding business in
the area.
“We have chosen Atlanta as the main location for our facility management
energy and operations center, driving the requirement for additional
space,” said Bob Dickhaus, president of NorthMarq’s facility management
business.
Growth of NorthMarq’s facility management business through the
acquisition of ServicExpress, a national service delivery organization,
has added five new jobs in the location recently.
Byers Engineering Building was selected based on its convenient
location, architectural details and surrounding amenities. “This is
great environment as we move into the next phase of expanding our
service capabilities for corporate and retail customers across the
country,” Dickhaus said.
