NorthMarq Corporate Solutions to provide real estate, facilities services to
Techne Corporation
MINNEAPOLIS (Nov. 4, 2008) – NorthMarq Corporate Solutions has signed a
five-year contract with Techne Corporation to provide real estate
services, facilities management and project management for the
biotechnology company’s Minneapolis campus.
Techne Corporation awarded NorthMarq Corporate Solutions the contract
after a competitive review of the top national real estate firms. The
company cited NorthMarq’s strength and track record of success in the
marketplace, along with its commitment to superior client service as
part of the key factors in choosing NorthMarq Corporate Solutions. The
assignment covers the entire Techne Corporation campus, which includes
800,000 sq. ft. across 11 buildings. The 640 employees on site work in
the company’s laboratory research, manufacturing, administration and
sales and marketing departments.
