NorthMarq to provide contractor management through ServicExpress
MINNEAPOLIS, MINN., (Oct., 2, 2008) — NorthMarq announced today that its
Corporate Solutions group will provide
2nd Wind Exercise Equipment with
web-based contractor management services, called ServicExpress, which utilizes a
national network of certified contractors. Effective Oct. 1, 2008, NorthMarq
will begin processing all of 2nd Wind’s facility work orders using its
proprietary web-based platform, which simplifies retail operations and results
in a single consolidated service invoice. Additionally, ServicExpress enables
NorthMarq to consolidate 2nd Wind’s utility and waste management services and
provide energy management information reporting for all 90 of the company’s
retail locations throughout the country.

network of more than 30,000 pre-negotiated vendors. By transacting all
maintenance requests through the online platform, clients experience
