NorthMarq Represents ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers in Lease for First Minnesota Location

MINNEAPOLIS (July 12, 2010) — NorthMarq Advisory Services Group announces that it has represented ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers in securing space for its first location in Minnesota. ClearChoice, a Colorado-based dental implant practice, signed a 10-year lease for 7,000 sq. ft. at 7450 France Ave. Medical Building in Edina, Minn. The Advisory Services Group includes Paul Donovan, vice president, Kevin Peck, real estate advisor, and Jaclyn May, real estate advisor.

With the team’s help, the dental implant practice conducted a year-long search for a location with the right image and easy access for clients before selecting 7450 France Ave. Medical Building, owned by Equity Commercial Management. ClearChoice will start seeing patients in August.
