NorthMarq Announces Employee Promotions
MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. (June 26, 2010) — NorthMarq announces that eight
employees in its Real Estate Management business unit have been promoted
this month. The promotions are in recognition of their leadership within
the department and help better align NorthMarq’s personnel structure
following the recent creation of the Real Estate Management business
unit.
“This is further definition of roles following the realignment,” said
Lisa Dongoske, executive vice president–Real Estate Management. “We’ve
created a larger business unit that includes Property Management,
Facilities Management and Financial Reporting to streamline our
operations and improve collaboration.”
As announced earlier, Mike Dwyer, executive vice president, leads the
Property Management group, with support from five regional directors
responsible for managing properties for investors across the country.
Wendy Aaserud has been named a new regional director and senior vice
president with responsibility for 6.6 million sq. ft. of retail, office
and industrial space in Minnesota and 10 property managers. She joined
the organization in 2008 and brings more than 20 years of experience to
her new role.

Cam Gunderson – vice president, general manager
Minneapolis, Minn.
Additionally,
Linda Bona has been promoted to senior vice president and leads the
Financial Reporting group, which includes Property Accounting and Lease
Administration. This group includes 33 employees. Bona is a 14-year veteran
with the company.
The Real Estate Management unit also includes Facilities Management, which
is focused on corporate space users. This group is led by Bob Dickhaus,
executive vice president, and Mark Mundahl, senior vice president.
