NorthMarq Announces Retail Real Estate Transactions in January
MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. (Feb. 15, 2010) — NorthMarq announces the following
retail real estate transactions completed in January.
V-State Clothing opens store at Calhoun Square
NorthMarq has secured a five-year lease with V-State Clothing for 1,685
sq. ft. at Calhoun Square. Associate Todd Karlen represented BlackRock,
owner of the retail center in the Uptown neighborhood of Minneapolis.
NorthMarq secures lease with Corner Medical
The NorthMarq team of Ronn Thomas and Jen Helm has secured a lease with
Corner Medical for 4,760 sq. ft. at Miracle Mile shopping center in
Rochester. Owned by Jordan Realty, the 127,000-sq.-ft. center is located
on U.S. Highway 52 between Second Street SW and U.S. Highway 14.
NorthMarq represented the owner in the transaction, while Corner Medical
was represented by Leigh Ann Peltoma of Paramark Real Estate.
Cleaners One signs lease at Andover Station
NorthMarq Associate Brad Kaplan has secured a six-year lease for 1,400
sq. ft. of space at Andover Station, a retail center in Andover. Kaplan
represented United Properties, owner of the 75,000-sq.-ft. property,
which is part of a185,000 sq. ft. retail development.
