Healthcare
The importance of healthcare to the well-being of
you and your family is a vital issue. We are proud

Life Insurance
Each employee is automatically covered through a
group term life insurance benefit. Employees also
have the option to purchase supplemental life
insurance for themselves, their spouse and/or their
children.
Disability
- Short-term disability coverage is provided at no cost to employees; the
benefit level depends on your length of service.
- Long-term disability coverage is provided at no cost to employees for up
to 60% of your salary.
- Long-term care insurance is available for purchase to help families defray
the costs of a long-term illness or disability.

Paid Time Off (PTO)
PTO combines vacation, sick and personal leave into a single pool of hours
that allows employees to use these hours as needed. PTO is earned based on
the employees length of service.
Company Holidays
NorthMarq provides a set number of paid company holidays per year. Company
holidays are not included in PTO.
